Working Hour : 8am - 5pm
Working Day : Mon - Fri
Location : New Industrial Road (2 bus stops from Tai Seng MRT Stn)
Basic Salary : $2400-$2800
Responsibilities:
• HR Management inclusive of : Record Keeping & Compliance, Recruitment Support, Foreign work pass application / renewals / cancellation, Onboarding & Orientation, Payroll & Benefits Administration, HR Documentation, Employee Relations, Training Coordination, HR Systems Management & etc. (Need to have basic knowledge of MOM application and CPF contribution)
• Responsible for managing the company's insurance matters, including the renewal and upkeep of building, vehicle, and employee insurance policies.
• Assist with general administration and other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Executive
Qualifications:
• GCE 'O' Level, Diploma or equivalent in HR Management or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in HR or administrative roles, preferably in the construction or similar industries.
• Basic knowledge of labour laws and regulations in the Construction Sector is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with employees at all levels.
