About the Role

This position is for a trusted digital exchange platform serving institutional investors. The platform offers integrated listing, trading, and post-trade services for digital assets, including digital payment tokens. The organization is backed by leading shareholders in digital asset markets and provides an institutional-grade environment for tokenization and trading of securities and nonbankable assets.

The team consists of professionals with backgrounds in traditional finance, digital finance, and technology, including experience at major global banks, exchanges, and fintech companies. Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of Application, you will participate in the software development lifecycle for the digital exchange. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, designing, implementing, delivering, and supporting IT solutions. Passion for blockchain, securities trading, and digital assets is essential, as is the ability to translate business needs into applications supporting the digital exchange ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, and implement IT solutions for the digital exchange, including APIs and smart contracts for connectivity with financial institutions and blockchains.
• Maintain documentation of functional specifications, project plans, system architecture, and database design.
• Prepare and execute User Acceptance, Non-functional, and Industry-wide tests.
• Adhere to Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices, company policies, and regulatory requirements to deliver secure, resilient, and scalable solutions.
• Manage project tasks such as tracking progress, issues, risks, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies within schedule and budget.
• Perform continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) to optimize operational environments.
• Analyze technology trends and develop application strategy and architecture to meet business needs.
• Manage vendor relationships and deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

Education

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related major or equivalent.

Experience and Skills

• 5-8 years of software development experience.
• Full stack development experience with languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, microservices, and frameworks like Spring, React, or Angular.
• Experience with AWS technologies (API Gateway, EC2, RDS, S3, EKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD deployment and tools such as Jenkins and Gitlab.
• Additional experience is a plus: smart contracts and blockchain; FIX version 4.2+; scripting with Selenium or Katalon; securities exchange, derivative trading, cryptocurrencies, blockchain, financial exchange systems/frameworks (especially matching engine and market supervision).
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Result-oriented, diligent, and a team player.
