We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Engineer to design, automate, and maintain secure, scalable, and resilient infrastructure and deployment pipelines. You will work in an agile, collaborative environment, integrating security into development workflows and infrastructure operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of applications across data centers and cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot system and application issues; participate in on-call escalations.
• Own end-to-end infrastructure and security solutions.
• Implement and manage monitoring tools for performance and health tracking.
• Automate disaster recovery and configuration management processes.
• Provision virtual machines, containers, databases, and licenses.
• Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines with secure release processes.
• Develop scripts and automation tools for build, integration, and deployment.
• Design and optimize automation systems for high availability.
• Implement security controls and perform vulnerability assessments.
• Apply secure configurations and troubleshoot security incidents.

Requirements

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields.
• Passion for automation, standardization, and infrastructure security.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of SDLC, TDD, CI/CD.
• Experience with hybrid cloud environments and high-security systems.
• Proficiency in Bash, PowerShell, Python, Go.
• Familiarity with Git and branching workflows.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, Vagrant.
• Knowledge of virtualization (KVM, VMware, Hyper-V).
• Expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and CNCF tools (e.g., Prometheus, Helm, ArgoCD).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab, Jenkins, BitBucket).
• Infrastructure monitoring and observability tools.
• RPM-based software packaging and deployment.

Security & Compliance

• Experience with security controls in CI/CD and cloud-native architectures.
• Hands-on with vulnerability scanning, system hardening.
• Familiarity with tools like HashiCorp Vault, Tenable, Fortify, Nexus IQ.
• Strong understanding of firewalls, subnets, routing, access controls.
• Experience in regulated environments or government security assessments.

Bonus Experience

• Certifications: CREST, CISSP, CISM, or cloud security credentials.
• Experience in DevSecOps transformation projects.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS benchmarks.
• API security, secrets management, zero-trust architectures.
• Service mesh security (Istio, Linkerd).
