About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring alignment with business goals while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• \tDevelop, implement, and review HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

• \tLead the end-to-end recruitment process, from workforce planning to onboarding.

• \tOversee payroll administration, compensation, and benefits programs.

• \tManage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.

• \tEnsure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.

• \tConduct performance management cycles and support talent development plans.

• \tAdvise management on HR strategies that support organizational growth.

• \tBe able to work closely with top management on manpower budgeting.

Requirements

• \tBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• \tMinimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

• \tStrong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.

• \tExcellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.

• \tProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
