Description

Provides administrative and operational support to the Learning & Development team to ensure smooth delivery of training programmes and compliance with company processes.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate training registration, schedules, invoicing and logistics
  • Monitor and update automation records and training databases
  • Maintain accurate records in the learning management system (LMS)
  • Prepare training materials and consolidate post-training feedback
  • Track training claims, support documentation, and ensure SOP compliance
  • Assist with audits and internal reporting


Requirements
  • Preferably Higher Secondary and above education / Office Skill Certificate or equivalent
  • Computer literate in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferably 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
