Working Hours: Mon - Fri (9am to 6pm)

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all approved roles are advertised internally and on external careers site, and vacancies are recorded on track
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing roles and screening candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Liaising with line managers to ensure that feedback is given on all CVs and interviews
• Identify and secure new business opportunities, leveraging your deep industry knowledge and established networks.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder in human resources management, business management or related field
• Strong sourcing and screening skills, with knowledge of various recruitment platforms and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-driven, adaptable, and proactive team player
