About Us

We are a growing SME with operations in Singapore and overseas. We are seeking a dedicated HR Executive to manage our human resource functions and support company operations with professionalism and responsibility. This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to help build team cohesion and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Human Resource Management
    Handle end-to-end recruitment: job postings, interviews, offers, onboarding, and offboarding.
    Manage payroll, CPF contributions, employee insurance, leave and benefits administration.
    Draft and enforce HR policies, employment contracts, and confidentiality agreements (NDA).
    Ensure compliance with MOM regulations and labour laws.
  2. Employee Engagement & Cohesion
    Organize staff activities, team-building events, and internal communications to strengthen SME cohesion.
    Support performance reviews and employee development programs.
  3. Office & Administrative Support
    Procure and manage office supplies
    , ensuring cost control and timely replenishment.
    Handle external customer orders: perform initial review, liaise with operations/sales, and forward verified documents to finance for processing.
    Answer phone calls, handle basic product-related complaints, and manage customer communication channels.
    Respond to company social media accounts (WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Instagram, Facebook, Google) for inquiries and order-related replies.
    Maintain organized filing systems for contracts, HR records, and administrative documents.
    Streamline and document workflows to improve efficiency across departments.
    Provide ad-hoc administrative and operational support to directors.
    Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
    Arrange travel bookings (air tickets, hotels) and verify travel claims before submission to finance.
    Liaise with external vendors (insurance providers, training institutions, service providers) as needed.

Requirements

  • Singapore Citizen or Permanent resident only (foreigners will not be considered).
  • Able to start immediately (no notice period required).
  • Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR/Admin experience, preferably in an SME environment.
  • Familiar with Singapore HR practices including payroll, CPF, insurance, and compliance.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to foster team spirit and company cohesion.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin; knowledge of Malay is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with social media platforms for business communication.
  • High sense of responsibility, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
