Responsibilities

Participate in the development and enhancement of Core Banking systems.
Focus on modules related to account opening, CASA (Current Account & Savings Account), deposit operations , and other core banking functions.
Collaborate with onsite (Singapore) and offshore (Guangzhou) teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, system architecture, and project timelines.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
3-8 years of experience in Java development with strong exposure to core banking applications .
Hands-on experience in CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) modules, account opening, deposit, or other retail banking functionalities is highly preferred.
Good communication skills in English (basic level is sufficient for work coordination).
Strong problem-solving ability and team player mindset.
