What You'll Be Doing

• Provide general support to the HR team across Anake and Foragers
• Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation
• Help coordinate HR initiatives such as onboarding, training sessions, and employee engagement activities
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy
• Support recruitment coordination (e.g., scheduling interviews, updating job boards)
• Assist in organizing staff events and wellness programs
• Handle HR-related queries from employees in a friendly and professional manner

Who We're Looking For

• A warm, energetic individual who enjoys working with people
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong admin skills
• Eager to build a career in HR and open to learning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• A background in HR or Business (degree/diploma) is an advantage, but not required
