You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a passion for connecting talent with opportunity.
Please note: We are specifically looking for a recruiter with experience in hiring blue-collar workers, particularly within the F&B, Cleaning, and Security industries. Candidates must also be familiar with the Work Permit (WP), S Pass (SP), and Employment Pass (EP) application procedures with MOM.

4.Ensure compliance with fair hiring practices and employment regulations.

Requirements
- Possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Familiarity with Singapore's employment laws and MyCareersFuture portal.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines effectively.
