Job Description:
  • Ensure accurate day-to-day recording of accounting transactions.
  • Maintain and track office expenses and budgets
  • Oversee the quarterly GST, monthly CPF and annual employee income tax (IR8A/IR21) submissions.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
  • Direct and manage all recruitment matters.
  • Handle the processing of insurance claims for Group Hospital & Surgical, Group Personal Accident, Work Injury, etc.
  • Processing payroll and other payroll related activities (GL entries, bonus accruals, CPF reporting, etc)
  • Process NSman make-up pay claims, government-paid leave schemes, government grants and submissions such as MOM surveys, wage surveys, etc.
  • Manage and upkeep all employee records and personnel files in a safe and confidential manner, including maintaining the payroll software
  • Assist in the maintenance and housekeeping of office premises and equipment such as copiers, air-conditioners, keeping track and maintaining company assets (laptops, desktops and printers etc)
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Requirements:
  • Able to handle full set accounts independently
  • Minimum 3 years experience
  • The candidate must possess at least a recognised qualification in Accounting
