Job Description

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing guidance to interview panels.
• Maintain and update recruitment metrics and reports for management review.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment policies and legal standards.
• Plan and execute employer branding campaigns for recruitment drives and career fairs.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience within large organisation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
• Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
