The HR Exec will support HR teams in the following areas:

1. Administrative Support - Facilitate routine tasks such as updating personal particulars, managing personnel clearance, liaising with internal stakeholders, and maintaining records in relevant HR systems.
2. Programme Support - Customise and prepare certificates for participants of HR programmes and activities.
3. Communication Management - Handle communication with HR candidates and programme participants, including drafting emails, preparing replies, and coordinating mass collection of responses.
4. Event Support - Assist in the planning and execution of HR events such as interview boards, engagement sessions, career fairs, activity camps, and ceremonies.
5. Records Management - eFile and reorganise archives across both internal and external storage platforms.
6. Recruitment Events- help out with the recruitment drives at schools/jobfairs.
