We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Basis Administrator (Level 1) to join our IT team. Key Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively in a cross-border, international IT team
• Ensure stable daily operations of the SAP Basis environment
• Support roles and authorizations management and troubleshooting
• Perform routine SAP system maintenance such as patching and upgrades
• Conduct database administration tasks across Oracle, SAP HANA and MaxDB
• Assist in the enhancement and optimization of the SAP system landscape and interfaces
• Participate in initiatives to improve system performance, reliability and scalability

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics or related field
• Basic understanding or hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration
• Exposure to SAP HANA, Oracle databases or SAP Cloud solutions is advantageous
• Good written and spoken English communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong team collaboration and problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated with a goal-driven and independent work style
