Key Responsibilities

Conduct user research and gather requirements from stakeholders.
Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI screens.
Test and validate design solutions with users and iterate based on feedback.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to deliver features.
Ensure designs are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with product goals.
Create and maintain design documentation and guidelines.

Requirements

4-5 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design work.
Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Experience with usability testing, interaction design, and UI design.
Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and designing for diverse user groups.
Familiarity with Agile development environments.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
