What You'll Do

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Source candidates through multiple channels (databases, online platforms, social media)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Understand clients' unique hiring needs and design bespoke staffing solutions
• Conduct structured interviews and assess candidates' qualifications against job requirements
• Support clients with new hire documentation and onboarding
• Stay updated on Singapore's employment laws and regulations

What We're Looking For

• CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) certification - must-have
• Legally eligible to work in Singapore
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (written & spoken) to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Client-service mindset: professional, detail-oriented, and results-driven
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver solutions under deadlines
