Requirements:
- Partner with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities and workforce needs.
- Lead employer branding initiatives (including social media campaigns) to position the company as an employer of choice.
- Develop and manage diverse sourcing channels including direct sourcing, advertising, career sites, campus recruitment, and agencies.
- Oversee recruitment processes and policies to ensure efficiency, compliance, and best-practice execution.
- Drive an engaging candidate experience while continuously improving recruitment processes.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Manage and optimize RPO team performance, ensuring SLA delivery and continuous improvement.
- Track, analyze, and report talent acquisition metrics to guide workforce planning and assess effectiveness.
- Manage the recruitment budget effectively, ensuring ROI and process efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in front office relationship management, ideally within private or priority banking.
- Regional or global exposure with strong knowledge of diverse education systems.
- Proven success in project and event management, with excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, public speaking, and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM/ATS systems and digital marketing platforms.
- Passion for Early Careers recruitment with a strategic, data-driven, and results-focused approach.
