Our client is a well-established medical equipment company dedicated to providing innovative healthcare solutions. They are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and payroll for a headcount of around 150 employees.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to:
1. Payroll Administration
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for approximately 150 employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements (CPF, IRAS, MOM).
- Handle monthly salary computation, overtime, allowances, and statutory submissions.
- Prepare annual year-end tax reports and manage government claims.
2. HR Operations & Employee Relations
- Provide advice on HR policies, employment regulations, and best practices.
- Manage employee queries and handle employee relations matters with confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS data.
3. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Support talent acquisition activities including job postings, screening, and coordination of interviews.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and ensure smooth assimilation of new hires.
4. Performance & Training Support
- Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training schedules and track employee development programs.
5. Compliance & HR Projects
- Ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws and HR policies.
- Participate in HR improvement projects and drive process enhancements where necessary.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience, with strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws.
- Hands-on payroll experience is a must.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
