We are looking for a committed HR professional to strengthen our HR functions as our organisation grows. This role goes beyond administration - you will manage compliance, shape people initiatives, and contribute directly to our culture and systems. Key Responsibilities

People & Engagement

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Coordinate staff engagement activities and internal communications
• Drive initiatives that strengthen culture, teamwork, and retention
• Handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and empathy

HR Operations & Systems

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Manage interview scheduling, offer letters, and job postings
• Support payroll processes by tracking attendance, leave, and benefits
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy

Compliance & Policy

• Ensure HR practices comply with MOM regulations and Singapore employment law
• Review and update HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbook

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Admin, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of direct HR operations experience (recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement)
• Knowledge of Singapore HR regulations and MOM practices
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; empathetic and approachable
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to handle confidential matters professionally
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HR software is an advantage
