Human ResourcesRole Purpose Statement:
The incumbent will manage the HR activities and support The Director in the administrative work for the smooth functioning of the organization.
Main Accountabilities:
➢ Manage the full spectrum of human resource functions.
➢ Identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
➢ Manage recruitment and selection, from sourcing of candidates, interviewing to on boarding.
➢ Compile and process employee documentation and records, and keep the employee database up to date.
➢ Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
➢ Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and manage employee relations matters.
➢ Review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
➢ Manage accurate and timely payroll processing; and perform submissions of CPF, IR8A and other tax-related matters.
➢ Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and ensure competitiveness.
➢ Administer employee benefits and welfare programs.
➢ Monitor and enforce workplace health and safety standards.
➢ Collaborate with insurance providers and other benefit vendors.
➢ Provide HR insights and recommendations to support overall business success.
➢ Responsible for all office administration functions, such as arrangement for business travel, meeting rooms, pantry
management.
➢ Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers.
➢ Organize the general operations of the office and ensure that the system runs smoothly.
➢ Managing the cleanliness of office environment, ensure the smooth running of daily operations of the office.
➢ Monitor, control, and procurement of office supplies and ensure timely maintenance of office equipment.
➢ Act as a point of contact for vendors and subcontractors.
➢ Keep records of all administrative expenses and recommend techniques to reduce costs.
➢ Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Requirements:
➢ Bachelor degree or equivalent in Human Resources Management.
➢ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
➢ Understand Singapore employment law, HR policies and best practices.
➢ Knowledge of Payroll and taxation
