Job Summary:

We are seeking a Software Manager to provide technical leadership, mentor teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and manage the company's technological solutions to drive innovation and scalability.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of on-premise and cloud network infrastructure ensuring agility, scalability, and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute strategies to integrate cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with on-premise systems, driving hybrid cloud initiatives efficiently.
  • Optimize cloud-native networking services and application connectivity for performance and cost efficiency.
  • Lead secure integration of APIs and software systems across distributed environments.
  • Implement software-driven monitoring and automation dashboards to identify and resolve network performance issues in real time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to build software systems that integrate seamlessly with networking and cloud technologies.
  • Manage and mentor a team of software and network engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative culture
  • Encourage and implement modern agile methodologies to streamline team collaboration and project delivery.
  • Act as the technical liaison with product, business, and external vendors to deliver robust, user-focused solutions and meet organizational objectives
  • Lead critical infrastructure projects, including cloud migrations and automation initiatives, defining roadmaps, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (particularly across the APAC region) and maintain thorough process documentation.

How You Will Stand Out
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 7+ years of combined software and networking experience, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
  • Proven expertise in networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP, OSPF) and cloud-native services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Hands-on experience with DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes) and system monitoring/automation frameworks.
  • Recognized certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Kubernetes Administrator, CCNP) and familiarity with ITIL or equivalent frameworks.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentorship ability with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
  • Knowledge of APAC regulatory requirements for IT and software operations, with experience in data centers, disaster recovery, and software-defined infrastructure considered a plus.
