We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Postgres, Couchbase, and large-scale infrastructure engineering. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in automation, containerization, and cloud-native environments, with a proven track record of building scalable, resilient systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage Postgres & Couchbase database infrastructure for high availability and performance.
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible.
• Build, optimize, and automate CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Spinnaker).
• Deploy and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, Helm.
• Ensure system security, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Implement monitoring and observability using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Zabbix.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve infrastructure reliability and scalability.
• Provide on-call support and lead root cause analysis for critical incidents.

Requirements

• 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering, with hands-on expertise in Postgres & Couchbase.
• Strong experience with Linux (RHEL), middleware (WebLogic, JBoss, Tomcat), and hybrid cloud (AWS, GCP).
• Proficiency in automation & scripting (Shell, Python).
• Solid understanding of security hardening, patch automation, and compliance.
• Experience in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong monitoring and performance tuning background.
• Excellent problem-solving, incident management, and team leadership skills.
