Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated Application Engineer to join the Graduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme. You will play a key role in providing technical expertise, supporting product implementation, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective solutions and applications support.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform application support on related assigned solution.
• Provide technical support to customers on product applications and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with IT colleagues to ensure user requirements are met and deployed in a timely manner.
• Monitor and respond to open tickets submitted through the incident management system, proactively following up on reported issues.
• Develop reports, procedures, and plans associated with application development, and provide ongoing support and sustenance.
• Keep abreast of technology trends through participation in lectures, conferences, and trade publications, applying insights to enhance application development.
• Maintain strong professional relationships with einternal departments to support cross-functional collaboration.

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• You will be involved in casino products.
• Experience in Web or Windows Gaming/ Graphics Development would be an added advantage.
• Have knowledge in C#.NET development and SQL Server.
• Familiar with either of the following skillsets/ areas TypeScript, XNA, React, JavaScript.
• Good command of spoken and written English is a must.
• Good attitude, hardworking and willing to learn
• The job might require the candidate to travel locally and overseas.
