About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP OpenText ADA Consultant to join our team and support enterprise content management (ECM) and document archiving solutions within SAP landscapes. The candidate will be responsible for the design, implementation, integration, and support of SAP OpenText ADA (Archiving & Document Access) to ensure compliant, efficient, and scalable information management across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP OpenText ADA solutions in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Integrate OpenText ADA with SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.) to streamline document archiving and retrieval.
• Conduct system upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning of OpenText ADA solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for document retention, audit, and data privacy.
• Provide end-user training, support, and documentation for OpenText ADA solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, working closely with SAP Basis, infrastructure, and business teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proven experience as an SAP OpenText Consultant, with a focus on ADA.
• Strong knowledge of SAP archiving processes, data management, and compliance requirements.
• Hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting OpenText ADA solutions within SAP environments.
• Familiarity with integration of OpenText products (e.g., xECM, VIM, Documentum) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams across regions.

Nice to Have

• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM or Vendor Invoice Management (VIM).
