Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as job posting, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR documentation
• Help coordinate employee engagement activities and internal events
• Provide administrative support to the HR team in day-to-day operations
• Support compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
• 0-2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience (internships welcome)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organised
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with MS Office / HR software
• Eager to learn, proactive, and a team player
