About the Role
We are seeking a Software Engineer to support the development and enhancement of a Volunteer Management System aimed at streamlining support capabilities and improving system functionality. The role involves working closely with stakeholders, managing system integration, and ensuring smooth migration from legacy platforms.

• Working Location: Jurong West
• Working Hours: Mon-Fri
• Salary Package: $6500 (basic)
• Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Streamline and enhance the application system to boost support capabilities and functionality.
• Design and implement batch processes for seamless data migration from legacy systems to modern platforms.
• Engage stakeholders to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Evaluate and analyze the impact of new integrations on existing business workflows.
• Conduct post-deployment feedback analysis to improve system performance and user satisfaction.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Programming & Frameworks: C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, OutSystems
• CRM & Cloud: Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Azure
• Databases: Oracle

What We're Looking For

• Strong background in software engineering with experience in system migration and integration.
• Proficiency in C#, VB.NET, ASP.NET, and low-code platforms such as OutSystems.
• Hands-on experience with databases (for eg Oracle) and CRM solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and recommend effective technical solutions.
