Key Responsibilities

Lead a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and regular performance feedback.
Design, implement, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, ensuring high-quality user experiences.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define project requirements and deliverables.
Oversee frontend architecture, code quality, and adherence to best practices.
Implement and optimize state management (Redux/Context API) in complex applications.
Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend systems.
Conduct code reviews, ensure unit testing, and enforce coding standards across the team.
Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.
Plan project timelines, allocate resources, and monitor progress to ensure on-time delivery.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies and recommend adoption where beneficial.

Qualifications

5-10 years of software development experience, including strong expertise in React.js.
Proven experience in team leadership or project management within software development projects.
Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Experience with Redux, Web Workers, and Progressive Web Apps (PWAs).
Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools.
Experience with TDD and testing frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, or PACT.
Exposure to React Native or mobile development is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
