We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accounts & HR Executive to manage the full set of accounts and support basic HR functions. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and journal entries
- Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately and in a timely manner
- Reconcile bank statements and financial accounts
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts, annual budgets, and monitor expenditures
- Generate monthly and annual financial reports
- Handle GST submissions and ensure tax compliance
- Support internal teams with finance-related queries and reporting
- Assist with payroll processing, leave tracking, and basic HR documentation
- Coordinate work pass applications, renewals, and statutory claims (e.g., NS, childcare/maternity/paternity leave)
- Maintain employee records and liaise with insurance providers for staff movement
- Help review HR policies and ensure compliance with MOM/IRAS/CPF guidelines
- Perform ad-hoc finance and HR tasks as needed
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related field
- 3 years of relevant experience in accounting (HR experience not required)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulatory compliance
- Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics (Navision or Business Central 365) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Good communication skills and a positive, responsible attitude
