We are looking for a dedicated HR to join our team. The role will focus on supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, payroll support, and employee lifecycle administration.
• Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations in compliance with MOM regulations.
• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure timely updates of employee data.
• Support employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Address employee queries and provide HR-related support to staff and management.
• Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered).
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and MOM regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with staff at all levels.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Positive attitude, proactive, and a good team player.
