1. Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Prepare employment contracts and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records.
2. HR Operations
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with coordination from the finance department.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.
- Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.
3. Employee Relations
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics (e.g., leave, compensation, and conflict resolution).
- Ensure smooth communication with employees and address their queries promptly.
- Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.
4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., MOM regulations in Singapore).
- Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.
5. Performance Management
- Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes.
- Track and report key HR metrics like turnover rates and absenteeism.
