Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
  • Prepare employment contracts and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records.

2. HR Operations
  • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing with coordination from the finance department.
  • Manage attendance, leave records, and employee benefits administration.
  • Update and maintain HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.

3. Employee Relations
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics (e.g., leave, compensation, and conflict resolution).
  • Ensure smooth communication with employees and address their queries promptly.
  • Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and training sessions.

4. Compliance & Policy Implementation
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (e.g., MOM regulations in Singapore).
  • Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures.

5. Performance Management
  • Coordinate and support performance appraisal processes.
  • Track and report key HR metrics like turnover rates and absenteeism.
