Key Responsibilities:

• Design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, primarily focusing on:
  • Customer Service Management (CSM)
  • IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Define best practices and governance for ServiceNow architecture and development.
• Oversee platform configuration, customization, scripting, and integration with third-party systems.
• Guide internal team development and knowledge transfer.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and proactively identify opportunities for platform optimization.

Required Experience & Expertise:

• 3-7 years of overall IT experience with at least 1-2 years in ServiceNow development and architecture.
• Relevant Educational qualifications in Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Degree
• Proven track record in delivering solutions using CSM and ITSM modules in complex environments.
• Deep understanding of core ServiceNow platform capabilities, including:
  • Service Catalog
  • Workflow & Flow Designer
  • CMDB (Configuration Management Database)
  • Knowledge Management
  • Performance Analytics
  • IntegrationHub
  • User Portal and Role-based Access Controls (RBAC)
• Strong scripting skills: JavaScript, Glide, and ServiceNow APIs.
• Experience with App Engine, custom application development, and platform governance.
