Responsibilities:

• Assist in reviewing and updating existing HR policies and internal documents.
• Assist in recruitment activities such as publishing job adverts, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews for HR and line managers.
• Maintain the HR database and generate analytical reports.
• Provide support for new and/or existing HR projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Human Resources / Occupational Psychology or its equivalent professional certifications
• Knowledge in local legislations in particular to employment act of Singapore
• Pleasant disposition with the ability to interact with all levels of employees
