Working hours: 10am to 6pm (Monday to Friday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and extending job offers
• Maintain a talent pool and coordinate with hiring manager on hiring requirements
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, promoting a positive work environment
• Coordinate employee training programs, professional development initiatives, and performance improvement plans
• Assist managers in setting goals and monitoring employee performance
• Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality regarding personnel data
• Prepare reports on key HR metrics such as employee turnover, recruitment effectiveness, and workforce demographics
• Assist in strategic HR projects, including organizational restructuring, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Organize and lead job fairs and recruitment events to boost the company's brand and attract talent, from planning to execution
• Assist with various HR administrative tasks to ensure a seamless recruitment process

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Ability to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates for various roles
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team
