We are a leading wireless solutions provider specialising in repeaters and distributed antenna systems (DAS). We are seeking a Junior Systems Engineer/Systems Engineer to support design, deployment, and maintenance of RF systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in system design, site surveys, installation, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct system performance testing (VSWR, link budget, interference checks, etc.).
• Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation.
• Liaise with R&D in China for product support.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Telecommunications.
• Knowledge of RF, cellular systems (2G/3G/4G/5G), and test equipment.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates or 1-2 years' experience welcome.
• Willingness to travel.
