Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and support general human resource operations. This role involves strategic coordination with educational institutions, agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient staffing and compliance with HR policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities including resume screening, phone interviews, interview arrangements, and recruitment tracking
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers
- Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events with schools, polytechnics, and universities
- Administer work pass applications and issuance for foreign hires
- Facilitate offers and onboarding process
- Conduct orientation for new employees
- Maintain accurate HR data for hires and resignations
- Support payroll and leave records management
- Verify timesheets, attendance, and overtime records
- Organize staff welfare initiatives and company events
- Manage employee medical benefits
- Prepare and submit HR reports for management
- Perform general administrative support and ad hoc tasks
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business or Human Resource disciplines
- Relevant experience in HR functions
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Meticulous, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented with a good work ethic
