- Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts.
- Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal files, attendance, leave records, training logs).
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, issuance/return of uniforms, clearance forms).
- Handle payroll-related data entry (basic salary, allowances, CPF, SDL, overtime, etc.) and coordinate with HR Manager.
- Track training and certification requirements (e.g., WSQ Food Safety courses, hygiene certificates).
- Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, termination).
- Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work passes, and other statutory requirements.
Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
- Record and monitor payments received; follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
- Reconcile daily sales reports from outlets and ensure accuracy in cash/credit settlements.
- Assist with month-end closing, including AR aging reports and reconciliations.
- Support finance team with ad-hoc duties such as audits and documentation.
