Key Responsibilities

Human Resource (HR)

  • Assist with end-to-end recruitment: posting job ads, scheduling interviews, preparing contracts.
  • Maintain and update employee records (e.g., personal files, attendance, leave records, training logs).
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes (orientation, issuance/return of uniforms, clearance forms).
  • Handle payroll-related data entry (basic salary, allowances, CPF, SDL, overtime, etc.) and coordinate with HR Manager.
  • Track training and certification requirements (e.g., WSQ Food Safety courses, hygiene certificates).
  • Assist in preparing HR letters (confirmation, promotion, warning, termination).
  • Ensure compliance with MOM regulations, work passes, and other statutory requirements.

Accounts Receivable (AR)

  • Prepare customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Record and monitor payments received; follow up on outstanding payments with clients and vendors.
  • Reconcile daily sales reports from outlets and ensure accuracy in cash/credit settlements.
  • Assist with month-end closing, including AR aging reports and reconciliations.
  • Support finance team with ad-hoc duties such as audits and documentation.
