- Review and approve staff leave applications, and ensure proper clocking in/out when reporting to work.
- Handle leave clearance during staff resignation, ensuring records are accurate and tally in the Bipo system.
- Manage Work Pass applications, renewals, and appeals.
- Source and arrange Hygiene Courses for employees.
- Process government-related claims such as childcare payments and levy waivers for foreign workers.
- Prepare and process part-time staff payments.
- Manage credit tips payments in Xero and bank (SB & Baia); for Sospiri, handle bank payments only.
- Draft and issue employment contracts for new hires.
- Coordinate with MOM on surveys and inspections, including preparing required documents.
- Address staff grievances, provide support, and resolve workplace issues.
- Issue warning letters when necessary.
- Track probation periods, appraisals, and staff confirmations.
- Prepare promotion letters, salary adjustment letters, and staff transfer documentation.
- Handle final salary computation and ensure the return of company property upon staff exit.
Follow up with employees on training obligations and indemnity agreements.
