Responsibilities

Prepare and set up servers and related equipment.
Conduct system initial startup and configure settings before software installation.
Prepare and complete commissioning check sheets in line with equipment specifications.
Prepare software and parameter settings for all servers and equipment.
Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and issue reports for software checking, testing, and issue resolution tasks.
Perform error recovery and troubleshooting before customer acceptance tests.
Provide training to customers on software operation and equipment usage.
Liaise with clients regarding system-related matters and updates.
Commission relevant equipment in accordance with project requirements.
Provide support and recovery during and after customer acceptance tests.
Follow up on any outstanding system or software issues to ensure resolution.

Requirements

Hands-on experience with DAIFUKU systems, software, and equipment is required.
Strong understanding of system setup, commissioning, and troubleshooting procedures.
Experience in preparing technical documentation, reports, and SOPs.
Ability to work with customers and internal teams to address system and software concerns.
Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) is required to liaise with Japan headquarters and interpret technical documentation provided in Japanese.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently under tight project deadlines.
