Job Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Passionate: Resonates deeply with our company's vision and mission, bringing enthusiasm and dedication
• Strong Communicator: Capable of conveying difficult truths in a professional, constructive manner
• Personable: Friendly and approachable, fostering trust with clients and colleagues
• Language Proficiency:
  Japanese: Conversational proficiency equivalent to JLPT N2 or above (formal certification not required)
  Mandarin Chinese: Preferred - many client HR representatives are Mandarin speakers
• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree

Conditions

• Salary: SGD 5,000-6,500 (negotiable based on experience)
• Bonus: Performance-based quarterly bonus (starting after 1 year of employment)
• Work Arrangement: Full-time, 9am-6pm, Office-based
• Start Date: Within 2 months
