A Recruitment Consultant acts as the bridge between employers and job seekers. The role involves both client management and candidate management.
Location: Clarke Quay (The Central) - 2-3 min walk from MRT
Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Basic $2300-$2800/month with attractive commissions and incentives!
Typical responsibilities include:
1. Client Management
\t• \tBuilding and maintaining relationships with client companies.
\t• \tUnderstanding clients' hiring needs, culture, and job requirements.
\t• \tAdvising clients on market trends, salary benchmarking, and recruitment strategies.
\t• \tPreparing proposals, contracts, and service agreements.
\t• \tManaging the full recruitment process on behalf of clients.
2. Candidate Management
\t• \tSourcing, screening, and interviewing potential candidates.
\t• \tMatching candidates to suitable job opportunities.
\t• \tPreparing candidates for interviews and guiding them throughout the hiring process.
\t• \tMaintaining a strong candidate database for current and future needs.
\t• \tProviding career advice to candidates.
3. Business Development
\t• \tIdentifying new business opportunities and developing client accounts.
\t• \tNetworking with industry professionals to build a pipeline of clients and candidates.
\t• \tMeeting sales targets and contributing to the agency's revenue growth.
4. Administrative & Compliance
\t• \tManaging job postings and advertising roles across platforms.
\t• \tEnsuring all recruitment activities comply with MOM (Ministry of Manpower) and regulatory guidelines (for Singapore).
\t• \tPreparing reports, maintaining records, and updating recruitment systems.
Requirements
\t• \tMin NITEC/Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree in any field
\t• \tStrong interpersonal and communication skills
\t• \tSales-driven, results-oriented, and motivated by targets.
\t• \tAbility to build rapport with people at all levels.
\t• \tGood problem-solving, negotiation, and influencing skills.
Experience
\t• \tPrevious experience in recruitment, HR, or sales is an advantage.
\t• \tFresh graduates with interest in recruitment and people-oriented roles are welcome.
\t• Training provided
