HR & Administrative Support
• Assist in recruitment, interviews, and employee relations
• Handle employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain HR records
• Coordinate departmental meetings, training, and performance evaluations
• Support daily administrative operations to ensure smooth workflow
Executive Support
• Manage executive schedules, travel, and meetings
• Handle daily tasks, paperwork, and documentation
• Liaise with external partners and vendors, maintaining strong relationships
• Provide detail-oriented and efficient support to the management team

Requirements:
• Proven HR experience with knowledge of recruitment, payroll, attendance, and employee relations
• Familiarity with employment law and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills to work with all staff levels and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and execution ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and HR/admin systems
• Data analysis skills to identify issues and propose improvements
• Strong sense of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Ability to support company culture building and employee engagement
• Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic work environment
