You will play a key role in shaping workplace culture, supporting employees, and ensuring smooth HR processes, all within a progressive 4-day work week arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
• Organise company events and staff engagement activities
• Support internal communications and employee surveys
• Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion
• Maintain and update HR records and databases
• Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage job postings
• Track attendance, leave, and payroll support
• Recommend process improvements for HR workflows
• Ensure compliance with MOM employment regulations and HR best practices
• Review and update HR policies and handbook

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
• 1-2 years of HR executive or HR operations experience preferred
• Prior experience in the private education sector is an advantage
• Familiar with MOM regulations and HR best practices
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential matters with discretion
