Responsibilities:

Develops, designs, programs, analyzes, debugs, and modifies Software programs using PowerBuilder.
Experienced in programming using PowerBuilder 12.1, 11.5, 10.5, 10, 9, 8, 7 with PowerBuilder Foundation Class Library PFC , and Visual NonVisual User Objects.
More than 5 yrs. Experience in Development/Enhancement and Testing of PowerBuilder applications
Strong in Data Windows, OOPS Concepts like Inheritance, Polymorphism etc., PowerBuilder Foundation Classes (PFC), ODBC,
Experience in setting up Development and Test Environment setup
Experience in working with PowerBuilder IDE, SVN/Git repository, JIRA based bug tracking, Build
Experience with Oracle DB and excellent understanding of SQL queries
Experience in Agile methodology
Experience in delivering good quality code with stringent delivery timelines
Excellent problem solving & Communication skills
Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
At least 5 years of relevant working experience in PowerBuilder application development and testing
Proficient in PowerBuilder (versions 7-12.1), PFC, DataWindows, OOP concepts, Oracle SQL, PowerBuilder IDE, SVN/Git, JIRA, and experience in setting up development/test environments
Strong problem-solving, communication, and time management abilities, with experience in Agile development
Oracle PL/SQL or Agile/Scrum certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
