Responsibilities:

Assisting the team in the construction of Business Cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization
Motivate your project teams in the execution of day-to-day tasks and in the development of their RPA skills and abilities
Participate in trainings to enhance your skills and abilities in RPA, including tools and best practices
Share experience and knowledge to assist in the development of recommendations and solutions that are in-line with industry best practices
Support your Project Managers in managing project timelines, quality, budgets as well as client relationships
Work with the team to ensure that all project documents are maintained
Work with the team to execute RPA initiatives by analysing and designing process workflows; building, testing, and implementing RPA solutions; and ensuring quality of the system
Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in RPA development and implementation
Proficient in RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere; experience in designing process workflows, building and testing RPA bots, and maintaining project documentation
Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities; ability to manage timelines and support project delivery
UiPath Certified RPA Associate, Blue Prism Developer Certification, or equivalent RPA certifications preferred
