Responsibilities:

Configure the application to meet a client's requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Took, or SDK
Design and integrate business processes and data flows between CRM applications and other applications, such as back office/ERP applications
Develop data conversion and testing strategies
Develop high level project work plans
Identify creative workarounds to meet requirements without the development of custom code
Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
Must be able to train Juniors
Train client personnel on the usage and administration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (functional user training and technical training)
Understand the functional capabilities and limitations for out of the box functionality as well as custom code
Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent
At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization
Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, SDK), business process integration, data conversion strategies, and deployment; understanding of ERP integration and CRM configuration
Strong communication, client-facing, leadership, and training abilities; capable of managing scope, leading sessions, and mentoring junior staff
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Core preferred
