Responsibilities:

Analyzing the user requirements and propose the overall solution design including User Interface, Application layers and Database design using industry standards design patterns
Develop the programs as per the approved design & requirements using Microsoft Technologies such as .Net framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), SQL Server with the help of Visual Studio and related tools.
Development includes services, console applications, scripts and web services.
Experience of working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL.
Adherence to Quality Management System for project implementation
Advise on complex CRM/ Business Central, business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
Demonstrate CRM/ Business Central solution capabilities to the client
Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report

Requirements:

Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent
At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in software development using Microsoft technologies and CRM/ERP systems
Proficient in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), SQL Server, Visual Studio, and web service development; experience with Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL databases; solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central required
Strong analytical, communication, and client engagement skills; able to perform business process analysis and provide solution recommendations
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer, or related Microsoft certifications preferred
