Responsibilities:
  • Analyzing the user requirements and propose the overall solution design including User Interface, Application layers and Database design using industry standards design patterns
  • Develop the programs as per the approved design & requirements using Microsoft Technologies such as .Net framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), SQL Server with the help of Visual Studio and related tools.
  • Development includes services, console applications, scripts and web services.
  • Experience of working with databases such as Oracle, MySQL or MSSQL.
  • Adherence to Quality Management System for project implementation
  • Advise on complex CRM/ Business Central, business cases and propose comprehensive solutions based on MS CRM, 3rd parties and customizations
  • Demonstrate CRM/ Business Central solution capabilities to the client
  • Conduct business process analysis and create Fit/Gap report

Requirements:
  • Minimum Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent
  • At least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in software development using Microsoft technologies and enterprise application solutions
  • Proficient in .NET Framework (C#, ASP.NET, Ajax, JavaScript), Visual Studio, SQL Server, and web services development; experience with databases such as Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL; strong understanding of solution design patterns and architecture standards; knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Business Central is essential
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to conduct business process analysis and present solutions effectively to stakeholders
  • Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or related Microsoft certifications preferred
