Responsibilities

• Strategy/hypothesis development and execution.
• Drive development of overall product strategy.
• Identify problem areas, assess if the problem is worth solving, develop hypotheses, assumptions, and risks mmitigation.
• Building modular enterprise platform products and data products
• Improve on existing products.
• Sharpen product thinking through product one-pagers
• Co-create go-to-market plans to improve product impact and efficiency
• Best practices and policy development.
• Co-creating consistent and quality product practices, funding frameworks and regulations review to unblock obstacles

Requirement

• 10 years+ experience in software product development management, of which 5 years of wide product oversight experience
• Currently at Assistant/Deputy Director/Director level
• Ideally with entrepreneurship/consulting background
• Extensive technical knowledge in product management
• Eager to learn
• Motivated by large, ambiguous problem spaces
• Able to break problems down into workable chunks
• Strong communicator in written, slides and spoken form
• Good stakeholder management skills
• Experience in enterprise, backend and data products advantageous
• Experience in VC, corporate/business strategy, government advantageous
