We're looking for a Human Resource Executive -someone who can build a strong, motivated team while ensuring that HR processes support our growing real estate business.

What You'll Be Doing:

As the HR Business Executive for SN Real Estate, you'll play a key role in managing our most valuable asset-our people! Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing HR policies that align with our company's objectives and culture.
• Managing the full HR spectrum, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and training.
• Acting as a key HR Executive to agents and employees, ensuring they have the support they need to succeed in the fast-paced real estate industry.
• Enhancing employee engagement by organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and workplace events.
• Handling employee relations, engagement activities, conflicts, and disciplinary matters with professionalism and care.
• Providing HR guidance to leadership, ensuring our people strategy supports business growth.
• Ensuring compliance with employment laws and industry regulations.
• Assisting in applying for HR-related grants and permits to support team development.
• Contributing to strategic HR projects that enhance the overall employee experience.
• Other HR-related tasks as assigned-we value fresh ideas and innovation!

Who We're Looking For:

• A people-first HR professional who enjoys working with a dynamic and growing team.
• At least 1 year of HR experience (bonus if you have experience in real estate or a fast-paced industry!). Fresh Grad with relevant course experience are welcome!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills-you'll be interacting with agents, employees, and leadership daily.
• A proactive, extroverted leader who thrives in a people-driven and fast-moving environment.
• Ability to manage workloads effectively, ensuring HR functions run smoothly while supporting a growing team.
• IT-savvy and comfortable with HR systems.
• Able to start immediately.
