Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary

The HR Executive will support the HR team with a primary focus on Compensation & Benefits (C&B), while also assisting in broader HR functions and administrative operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who is keen to grow in a multi-functional HR and administrative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits (Primary Focus)
  • Assist in the administration of monthly payroll, claims, and statutory submissions.
  • Maintain and update employee records related to salary, benefits, and leave.
  • Support the annual salary review, bonus, and performance appraisal processes.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs (e.g., insurance, medical, wellness).
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics related to compensation, headcount, and turnover.

General HR Support

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and training logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

Administrative Support

  • Assist in procurement processes, including sourcing, quotations, and vendor coordination.
  • Support IT asset tracking, basic troubleshooting coordination, and liaising with IT vendors.
  • Help manage office facilities, maintenance schedules, and inventory control.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles preferred.
  • Familiarity with payroll systems and HRIS is an advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
